Richard Klein has 25+ years of experience as a trial lawyer. Since 1995,
Richard D. Klein has fought his clients' legal battles, giving a voice
to those who are going through some of the most emotionally exhausting
times of their lives. Taking on the burden of clients'

- Richard has tried over 125 bench and jury trials, since 1995 when he began
his career trying cases immediately at the law firm Charles Shaw, renown
as the best and most liked criminal defense lawyer in St. Louis history.
After trying more than a dozen cases at the Charles Shaw Law Firm, he
began trying cases in Personal Injury, to help those who have been harmed
and are in great need of help.

Community Involvement
Rich has lived his whole life in St. Louis. He grew up in Fenton and went
to John F. Kennedy H.S. He worked to pay his way through college and law
school. Both of his parents were union members. His father was an auto
mechanic/technician and his mother was a grocery clerk. He appreciates
the benefits that labor unions obtain for families through collective
bargaining agreements. As a young boy, Rich walked the picket lines with
his dad during the 1970's. He understands how tight money can be for
most families. He fights to help families through difficult financial
times when their income earners are injured and unable to work because
of the dangerous actions of others. Rich's wife, Michelle, is also
a JFK alum. They have three children and are members of Ascension Parish
in Chesterfield. Rich has served a five-year team as Trustee for Royalwood
Subdivision. He has coached youth soccer, and he coached competitive baseball
from 2006-2019.
