Business Litigation
Business/Corporate Litigation
Our firm presently represents five separate automobile dealerships, handling all day-to-day corporate/legal issues, in addition to reviewing and preparing transactional documents and other corporate matters in both Illinois and Missouri.
We understand our business clients' goals, and in dealing with litigation that arises, we work to meet our clients' goals in a cost-effective manner, with the priority of reaping the appropriate financial benefits.
In some situations, we are willing to represent business clients on a contingent fee basis, for part or all of the attorneys' fees. The types of business/corporate litigation we are involved with include but are not limited to the following:
- Architectural and Engineering Malpractice
- Contingency Fee Suit on Contract
- Franchisee Contracts
- Contract Breaches
- Non-Compete Agreements
- Construction Breach of Contract and Damages
- Contracts on duties to defend and duties to cover an event, to help our clients obtain coverage by their own insurance to cover the costs of legal defense.
